While waiting in the drive thru in the outside lane for longer than normal for chick fil a, because there was no one on that... side taking orders, however, when I pulled up, there were 3 associates outside, two of them went inside. When Team Member Rickfinally came out, he proceeded towards the cars behind me. I had to roll my window down and ask could someone take my order. Thefries were not cooked throughly, and my spicy grilled chicken was not juicy as normal, dried out and the bread was cold andhard. I had sauce all over my bad. Love this location so much. But please ask the staff to read the tickets coming out to those of us waiting curbside. I've... visited the OB location twice in 48 hours and they've brought my order out incomplete. It's quite frustrating considering theattendants walk away so quickly, you often have to call the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. A little attention toorder details is all I'm asking for. By far the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in, the floors were so dirty I was slipping as I walked to the bathroom; the... restaurant had an odor to it that can only be described as dirty. The staff was not typical chick staff, forgot straws, shakeshad ice cream dripping off the sides & they were handed to me that way as if that was ok. And finally, I love chick because younever leave upset, how can you with how kind the staff is?well this staff was less then friendly, no ?my pleasure? said evenonce!
