Everything was super salty. Fish, hush puppies, green beans, shrimp chowder. Whoever is the cook here has no taste buds. He... needs to stop putting salt on everything. Ordered 2 piece fish meal, hush puppies were mushy, did not taste like they were cooked thoroughly. Food was lukewarm.

We stopped in for 2 fish dinners, one with baked potato and corn and the other with corn and okra. When we got home the one with... baked potato was missing the potato. I ran that dinner back and asked for a refund of my money. When I got home my father saidhis meal was in the trash. The fish was hard and cold. Hands down the best deal for seniors on Wednesday and Sunday. You can eat a good dinner for $5.99 including a drink. Everyone... else has raised prices much more than even inflation would require and then gone down in quantity and/or quality. Dropped by this location during a late night when all other catfish restaurants were closed. Captain D's doesn't serve true... catfish as we know it in the southern U.S. but they sell Vietnamese catfish or swai. The fish is different in taste and texturebut is still mild and good. They supply all the sides you might expect like macaroni and cheese, french fries, hush puppies,etc. The service was fast and very friendly. Overall, not a bad fast food option for seafood. Read more
The fish is a bit too oily, the vegetables are soggy, the workers are a bit antsy because they usually have so much to deal... with, and the place is usually a bit too cold for me. For the price the fish is I would prefer to go to a mom and pop shop formy fried fish. Read more
