Simple order. DP and double meat bacon cheeseburger, no mustard, mayo instead. Came out with 1 patty and mustard. Returned it... and they placed another patty on it and a speck of mayo. Mustard still on sandwich is how I knew it was the same sandwich.Expected better from y?all. Read more
Ordered two burgers in the drive thru with CHEESE and Ketchup only. There was no cheese on one burger and the second burger was... completely dressed. After seeing two non Burger King employees inside I attempted to go in the lobby and get them corrected. Tuedoor was locked. I couldn't get any employees to look when I knocked. Finally one employee saw me and directed me to the divethru. I drove back to the menu and speaker and explained what happened. The employee on the speaker said I had to just wait inthe five car deep line for my correct burgers. I sat there for ten minutes with only one car in the line leaving. I was sodisgusted that I just left. Apparently the lobby is not open to caucasians. Read more
The hashbrown were so GREASY that I folded up 2 paper towels to drain all of the grease. I asked for 2 ham egg & cheese... croissants but neither croissants had egg on them Read more
Drive through attendant was outside smoking when I pulled in, pretty sure he never washed his hands. Also the other staff at the... second window were unprofessional. Burgers were OK but super greasy. Read more
Just threw two burgers away in their parking lot. Hope I don't get sick it had cleaning chemicals all over it. The wrapper was... damp and smelled of a cleaning chemical. Sitting at Jack's right now getting more food didn't bother saying anything to thestaff just messed all the way around. I would rather the restaurant be dirty than get chemicals on the food. Terrible service at this location. The guy taking my order seemed like he hated his life. He seemed as if he had an attitude... about me being there ordering food. I was the only person inside besides an employee eating off the clock who the guy taking myorder paid more attention to than me while I was in there. Even though I was the only person inside, it was filthy near thedrink station. There was trash and splattered soft drinks all over it. Read more
Service straight up garbage. Got here before 11pm, their signs outside at the drive thru literally say they close at 12. They... purposely ignored us and several other cars so they wouldn?t have to do anything. Passed by the window, and one dude isliterally sitting on the front counter staring at us as we drove off. This is not the only time this has happened. Read more
