This BWW has officially lost my business. When we walked in, no one greeted us. 3 minutes later, a waitress told us to pick... somewhere to sit. 20 minutes go by, the waitress that came to our table did not offer us any menus or told us anything exceptwhat we wanted to drink. We ordered drinks. She brought the drinks with NO straws and no utensils. I told her that we didn't getstraws and utensils, and she pointed to the qr code for the menu, by that time, I was passed at the service my wife and Ireceived. Service was the best I seen it so far the waitresses don t excellent job I gave her a big tip and want as my waitresses again.

I ordered 6 wings and small order of fries to go. It took me 2 hours to get my order. When I got my order it only had 5 wing. I... asked for the young lady. She with s smart mouth says I'll get you another one. She comes back with an attitude. And getssmart and asked as if she wanted to hit me. So another worker pushed her into the office. By far one of the worst Places I ate at in years. Meal was at about 6:30, Saturday, July 9th 22. The waiter was great. Was fast... and polite. Ordered the a chicken wrap. The chicken was bad. It was sour but it was to late. Left a $11 pile of puke in theparking lot. One the girls wanted buffalo wild wings today because of the buy one get one on wings. I don't do chicken so I was looking... forward to trying their cauliflower wings for the first time. We also ordered some onion rings, for onions are the best foodthere is. I and they thoroughly enjoyed my cauliflower wings and they only so so enjoyed their boneless chicken wings. I hadthe Asian zing sauce, which I will say was quite tasty. We obviously enjoyed the onion rings. I will now say that I would goback for sure to have those cauliflower wings again and again! Wings was dry with hardly any sauce. It's like they have been setting out and then microwaved.They put the wings in a box and... poured a little sauce over the top. Left out my order of potatoes. We were seated almost immediately with a party of 6. Waited 5 to 10 minutes before drink orders were taken. Our waitress... apologized and said it was due to a staffing shortage. We ordered 3 appetizers as well as our dinners. The appetizers came outhot and freshly prepared. I ordered 15 boneless wings with mixed sauces. They were brought with a minimal amount of sauce, andtasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave with hard breading. If staffing is an issue and understandably it could beright now, better organization would help. This is too good a restaurant to fall behind. Get it together and get back in thegame.
