This might be the worst dunkin in America and there?s no exaggeration. I cannot tell you how many times something has either... been broken or down and could not serve half of the menu. Not to mention, they make the worst coffees on the planet and take 20minutes no matter how many people are in the drive through line. I am here right now and the only thing I can order is doughnutsbecause their ENTIRE sandwich and food machine is broken down. Like why even open them? Read more
I was literally starving today so when they handed me my sourdough breakfast sandwich (my fave) I actually inhaled it in 1 bite... and didn?t get a picture for a review lol? Today I also got a pumpkin cream cold brew coffee, so delicious. My goal is to tryall their seasonal flavors this fall! Read more
Went here today and saw a sign on the door that said Lobby closed due to the only being 2 people there today. Okay! I'm happy to... go through the drive thru, but wait... another sign saying in fact the drive thru is also closed! I was one of 6 people whopulled in during the very few minutes I was at this location. I can only imagine the revenue lost in these hours. Read more
Your staff has greatly improved over the last few months..I stopped coming awhile ago because it was just undoable...I'm very... happy that everyone seems to know how to make iced and or hot cappuccinos, also..... Couple of little things- Your website infoneeds to be corrected as your staff told me you do not close at 4pm ( that's why I was confused as to where to post areview...and this should say ALLEGANY..YOUR LOCATION IS DEFINITELY NOT OLEAN:) Please add cornbread to the ( supposed to be)cornbread donuts ..I happen to like cornbread so keep trying to see if they've improved..they haven't..:)..you know Jiffy tastesgreat. Service was great even short staffed, the gentleman working the register was very polite and never ignored us, while we were... waiting for him to finish up an order, very impressed by his positive attitude. Overall you can't go wrong with dunkin, greatcoffee and food, way better than that luke warm timmys! Read more
Staff was very polite. I just went through the drive-thru. Purchased an iced coffee and quiche bites with bacon. Bites were... actually a little bigger than I expected. Worked perfect since it was for a diabetic that needed something to eat. With thatbeing said, the sugary coffee was for me! :) Read more
