I usually love AppleBees. It was my first time in the Olean one, it was not a good experience. A very awkward waiter kept... walking past our table, not in a usual doing his job way, it was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. Our food wascold and not done. Not only that, our appetizer was brought out a few minutes right before our meals. I get that restaurants getbehind but we ordered a popular appetizer, people who came way after us and ordered after us got their food before us. Called in and picked up curb side so no atmosphere rating. But food and service were GREAT!! Recommend highly
Three of us stopped in for dinner on our 3 hour drive home, we got seated right away, had a very attentive server, all of our... meals were great and was reasonably priced. Happy we stopped in and will be back again when we are making a drive home after aweekend in NY. Read more
Worst Applebee's I've ever been in, ordered med steaks came out completely well done, tried to tell the incompetent waiter what... was wrong with them, cut me right off from talking, and his response was do you want another one!!! Well yeasts. Waited another20 minutes still no food. And older couple sat beside us, sat there 15 minutes and no one waited on them, when are waiter askedthem if the needed anything, is reply to them was, we'll I'm not your server I'll go find someone!!! Then a family of fivecomes in, he pulls a chair from the table where the older couple are sitting, to sit (down) at the table of five to take thereorder! Omg he sat down, ???? never in my life have I ever seen anything so ridiculous, this is when myself and my sister, alongwith the older couple got up and walked out!!!! My mother and I always go to Applebee's when we are in Olean, NY and up until today we always enjoyed our experience there.... Today was not so enjoyable, the waitress, Brenda, was very nice. We ordered the clubhouse sandwich with NO cheese and I seen thewaitress write it down. When our food comes the sandwiches had a ton of cheese on them. The waitress took them back and theystarted making new sandwiches. The time was getting late so asked to make them to go. Then I ordered a small cup of ranchdressing to go. After having to wait for our food to be made all over again they charged us $.59 for the dressing. Was not happymom and I will be finding a different place to eat Read more
This is a great Applebee?s. Very clean and very friendly. Our waitress was great with my son. I got the boneless wings and... fries. He got pizza and fries. Highly recommend. Will be back. Read more
Our Server, Savanah, was sooooo nice. She gave my kids stickers, and made a solid attempt to understand and answer their... hundreds of questions. The food was on point as always, only reason they lost a star was because my sisters burger came out withpickles, after she asked for none, and I didn't get extra dressing for my wrap (but I only asked once, when I ordered, and I waslosing my voice so that could be my fault). Pricing was alright, considering the economy. After a 3 year break from Applebee's,I think it'll turn back into our regular spot. Read more
