Food was great just how I remembered it. But walking in the atmosphere just felt different. Music was playing low and it felt... extremely awkward. You now completely order on a kiosk and they call out your name to pick up the food. Sadly there's no ketchupor their special fry seasoning on the tables anymore so that was a bummer. Read more

Pro tip #1 (all Steak and Shake locations): If you dine in and order a shake you might want to take with you when you leave,... tell the staff and they'll put it in a to-go cup. Dine-in shakes come in a fancy frosted glass. Pro tip #2 (specific to thislocation): Men's restroom's paper towel dispenser only spits out about 4 inches of paper towel at a time. Go into the handicapstall to get about 10 inches of paper towel per interval. ???? Burger, fries, drink, and shake for about $10. Food is somewhatedible. Sweet tea was very fresh. My daughter took one bite and spit it out last night. It was as flat as a pancake. Delivered by Uber Eats. I?ll be filing a... formal complaint this afternoon with their corporate offices. Poor service. Poor Customer Care. I'd like to stick to the facts with my meal experience. On a Wednesday @ 7:36 p.m., we placed... a curb side order on the app. It was to take 13-16 minutes. After 20 minutes, I went in to check on the order. They had not yetstarted it. We finally got the food at the 30 minute mark although they forgot the requested salt and ketchup. Cheese wasmissing form the sandwiches (partly the fault of the confusing app). Their response was to hand me a piece of cheese, to takeout to the car with me. I asked them to just cancel the order.
