It's over me to give a five stars on this because I've never liked the fries, and that's nobody's fault except my personal... taste. Anyway I just loved steak 'n shake, and this is the first time here and I'll be back. Thank you. Very cordial, verypleasant and the food was awesome. Read more
Food was great just how I remembered it. But walking in the atmosphere just felt different. Music was playing low and it felt... extremely awkward. You now completely order on a kiosk and they call out your name to pick up the food. Sadly there's no ketchupor their special fry seasoning on the tables anymore so that was a bummer. Read more

Poor service. Poor Customer Care. I'd like to stick to the facts with my meal experience. On a Wednesday @ 7:36 p.m., we placed... a curb side order on the app. It was to take 13-16 minutes. After 20 minutes, I went in to check on the order. They had not yetstarted it. We finally got the food at the 30 minute mark although they forgot the requested salt and ketchup. Cheese wasmissing form the sandwiches (partly the fault of the confusing app). Their response was to hand me a piece of cheese, to takeout to the car with me. I asked them to just cancel the order.
