This is the worst Panera Bread we have been to. We gave it 3 tries and decided NOPE, this is not up to standard. I need to be... clear that we only ordered lunch and dinner here. We have not tasted the pastries or anything from the bakery directly. So wedo not know if those are any good. However, after reading some of the reviews, it was nice to know that we were not the onlyones thinking that this location does not meet the Panera Bread standard. We will not be back. I'm a new member of the Sip Club and enjoy my favorite beverages throughout the month. What a great idea that I didn't know... existed. They have delicious baked goods with the orange scones and muffins on the top of my list of favorites. The staff isfriendly most of the time but they are always busy and could use more employees. You can also get delivery with Doordash withoutleaving the house. Read more

Didn?t have the best experience yesterday. Ordered a salad, the salad was mainly all wilted. Then when going inside asking for... my pick up order, I saw a roach on the wall next to the monitor above the food. Made me want to say never mind but I just tookthe food anyways and went through it to make sure there?s nothing moving. It?s hard to see it in the picture, but that?s notjust a dot on the wall, that?s a roach. Also there are pics of some leaves I took out of my salad. Read more
The young lady making food sneezed while prepping food. Had her mask under the chin and didn?t even wash her hands afterwards.... Was just being loud talking about how much it hurt. The restaurant needs to have tables cleared and cleaned. Just not thequality you?d expect from an ABC. Read more
Definitely food type and quality degraded over the years. The menu is much limited. The most expensive grilled chicken sandwich... was terrible. I don't think Panera will be in my list to eat. Read more
