This hurts to share, I normally have a great experience with Buffalo Wild Wings which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.... This time around the food was not so good. I ordered food for my family of 5 and the chicken tenders were either over cooked orold because they were super dry. I ordered a burger and it was completely inedible, all I ate was the fries. I received 15 burnt mini nuggets, instead of boneless wings. This is honestly ridiculous. If you want to serve burnt nuggets,... at least charge $5 not $18-20. I have loved BWW since I was 16, but unfortunately the Oldsmar location is the closest to me. Itried giving it several chances, but this is unacceptable. I can?t even give this to my dogs. I wonder if the cooks who preparedthis, would be willing to eat it. So disgusting. I tried to at least eat the inside of the largest wing, and it ended up beingall breading, no chicken. Read more
They can?t seem to follow instructions for delivery. I ordered a Plain Cheeseburger and it was smothered in mustard, which I am... Allergic too.I tried to scrape it off , but it was too much .. who wants that much mustard normally??? So I had to throw itaway. Luckily, I ordered chips. So I had something to eat for lunch ! I would?ve left a ZERO if it was available & here?s why. We ordered chips & queso as an app & chips were stale & most inedible,... then we ordered boneless wings & potato wedges & they came out with what looked like something they fished out of the bottom ofthe unclean fryer from an all day fryer cook off! Everything we ordered was absolutely disgusting, I?ll never go back, EVER! Ohwe also asked for silverware & was brought out plastic eating utensils which I?m cool with but one of the packages was opened &only contained a knife, no fork. If I owned this BWW I?d fire the manager, the cook & the expediter if there was one & startover from scratch. We used to love this place too, so depressing. $70 w tip lol Read more
I ordered today and went there to pickup after 25 minutes and waited again there for 15 minutes to receive the wings with spicy... garlic and Asian Chang sauces. Wings were literally floating on the sauce and not heated at all. They were very hard to eat.Looks like they just took the wings and poured sauce on those and gave them. Enjoyed this Buffalo Wild Wings the location by us closed down recently which was super disappointing so this was our first time... trying this location and aside from having to drive further this one was much better great atmosphere, food was made asrequested, I will say service was a little slow and the booths needed to be re -upholstered they had holes in them it feltscratchy to sit in but all in all we were satisfied Read more
