Hands down the slowest McDonald's in Western Canada, very consistently. Constantly things are missed, they even forgot the... chocolate in a hot chocolate. Just a cup of hot water! The only thing keeping this place afloat is the lack of other options forcheap lunch. Read more
Young man at the front till not polite at all. Seems the drive thru times are more important then the customer service inside.
Ordered happy meals and never received toys my children were very disappointed as we all know its the toy that makes the meal... for kids. Read more
This is the large diet coke I bought? McDonald's must be hurting for money since they can't fill the cup.
Ordered 2 Hamburgers and med fries 9pm. Had to wait a really long time while the person in front got their tiny little bag.... Finally got my order. I paid and drove away. The fries were so cold and the 4 bites of the one Hamburger I tried to eat was coldas well and it had sesame seeds on the bun. I am allergic to them, which is why I ordered a burger...they are not supposed to beon the hamburger buns. I always order a mcchicken on a regular bun but just wanted a Hamburger today. It all went in thegarbage. It was inedible. I'm super disappointed. A total waste of money. Read more
New location, same speed and service it seems. New staffing, new management.. something need to change. Waiting half an hour... when it's not even busy (three waiting inside and steady but not packed drivethru) isn't acceptable for fast food. Sorry.
