Was looking forward to the new store to opening but have been seriously disappointed in it. Breakfasts have been disappointing.... Not sure one order has been right yet This morning I was told that they werent sure if breakfast was still being served, eventhough it's all day breakfast. I ordered hot cakes with sausage with an extra syrup. I received hotcakes and 1 syrup, and thisis not the first time. After all the incorrect orders and lousy service we have decided never to go back. I truly thought ihad seen the worst McDonald's in Calgary but it is actually looks pretty good right now. i love mcdonald?s and i don?t like to complain but i got to say that this is one of the worst ones i have been to, and many... others also agree with me. each and every time it has not been a good experience. Always very slow, waited about 10 minutes justfor my root beer, burger was very poorly put together and i asked for no pickles and i got extra. paid for 3 packs of sweet nsour sauce that i didn?t get. fries were cold and they could?ve been cooked more. I suggest not putting kids on night shift all they did was yell and play around. Missed some of my orders and had the audacity... to blame us saying that we didn't say it when we clearly said it multiple times and asked us multiple times. We waited for 10minutes just to get cold fries in the bag and even asked for ketchup but didn't get any. Read more
IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR I'D PICK THAT!!!!! waited in line for 45 minutes for a burger and a wrap... didn't even get my... food... pop machine was not functional, ice cream machine not working, ice coffee machine not working!! Pathetic!!!! 8 employeeswalking around aimlessly not knowing what to do!! People waited for 10 minutes to even order their food!!! I'd be embarrassed tosay I'm employed at this establishment.. will never go back!! Flys all over the ceiling, garbage all over, tables not cleaned,no organization of orders what so ever, employees had deer in the Headlights look whole time... buddy got his food after 45minutes.... he took one look at his food and tossed it. Very fast service, and the manager gave us a free donut and coupon for free fries. Food was fresh, hot, and fast. The building's... air conditioning was very pleasant in contrast to the hot outdoors. Free cold refills on pop is a very nice addition. The idealMcDonald's experience. Read more
I don't know what's going on but in the last two weeks I have had five orders missing items and one time I even waited nearly 20... minutes for just a chicken McGriddle. This time my hotcakes and sausage didn't have sausage. Never had problems like this beforebut it seems like the staff has decided to not care about their job anymore. I'm also sick of getting breakfast sandwich bunsthat are as hard as rock and dry as a bone. Where's my sausage? Read more
