Terrible. Fast Food Sushi. A big mistake going there. Flavorless. No Soy Sauce included. Just a bad idea.

Very disappointed to get home and find out my meal was not what I ordered. I asked for thick noodles and got rice, this was the... first time I upgraded to sumo size so it was twice the disappointment. With prices rising it would be great to at least getwhat we paid for. Read more

The hot dishes are the only saving grace for this brand. The sushi and other cold items are bland beyond measure and do not... satisfy in the least. I don't know how they store/prepare their cold ingredients but it is just not up to par, even for fastfood/takeaway sushi. Read more

Raw, cold, frozen food. Worst experience I have ever had here. Usually it's great food with good service. But not this time.... Manager tried to deny me my money back. Then tried to acuse me of stealing from him after he gave me money from his wallet.Because he didn't want his float to be off balance. He then banned us from the restaurant. I should not have to send my son towait at the van so he doesn't have to witness his mother being taken for a fool. The manager was very upset and did not handlethe situation well at all. The only reason why he gave me my money back was because my husband was there and wouldn't leaveuntil I got my money back. I don't know what happened to this place. Amazing! I got the shrimp udon bowl and I got like 12 shrimp in it for $10.75. I've never had a place be so generous with their... shrimp; you normally get like 5 shrimp in something like that. It was actually the first time I wish they added a bit morenoodles lol. And it was really tasty! We got a dynamite roll too and it was very good. Read more
