It was so relaxing. I had the grouper sandwich and sweet potato fries. My fries where a lil over cooked. The grouper was tasty... as expected. He had the gator tacos and they were delicious. They came with a side of chips and salsa. The salsa neededsomething it tasted like diced tomatoes. The view was epic and we seen a gator and sturgeon jump in the river while we weredining. Read more
Had a delicious dinner here last night. I ordered the fried shrimp basket, hubby had the shrimp & grits. Both were plentiful and... delicious. Our server, Aubrey, was very attentive and kind. Nice view of the Suwanee river. The AC had just gone out so we hadto sit downstairs, outside. It was still comfortable. Our dinner with teas was about $40. Highly recommend. Read more
We were traveling through the area and decided to find a place for lunch, we found Suwannee Belle Landing. We were very happy... with our choice. The restaurant sits on the river and the view is excellent. You can sit outside and listen to live music or youcan sit upstairs in the air conditioned dining room. You can even dock your boat and have a drink. We opted for the shrimp. Myhusband had the steamed shrimp. Our daughter had the fried shrimp basket and I had the coconut shrimp basket. All of the shrimpdishes were perfectly prepared. The coleslaw was delicious. The fries were hot and fresh. The hush puppies were amazing. Thestaff was super friendly and outgoing. Read more
After a lovely 40 minute drive from Gainesville, we arrived at Suwannee Belle Landing. The weather was beautiful and we elected... to eat outside. We had a beautiful view of the river, a delightful breeze and a great server - Jenna. Although they were out ofoysters (so sad!), we both ordered the shrimp and were not disappointed! They were delicious and perfectly fried. The basketcame with a hushpuppy, fries, and cole slaw. Since were were driving, we ordered iced tea, but they also had a number of craftbeers available. It was a yummy and relaxing dinner for 2 for less than $35, plus tip. It was worth the drive and we will beback. Read more
What a cool place!!! Right on the water, avail by car or boat. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great view of the river. Small... liquor assortment, and 4 beers on tap. Nice menu. The Ahi Tuna app was very nicely done. Read more
Forgot to take pictures of the food because it was so damn good. This great little restaurant was recommended to us by some... locals and it did not disappoint. We not only ate here once during our visit but twice and asked for the same server. We hadthree people in our group and we each ordered variations of the peel and eat shrimp on both visits as well as some other sideitems and a few cocktails such as the bucket of margarita that we each had two of; because they were that damn good. If you arestaying or visiting or camping in the area this is a great place to try and support local businesses. Read more
Great local restaurant seated on the Suwannee River. Obviously they have a good seafood selection. We had the bang bang shrimp... tacos, fried oysters and Gator tail. Great place amazing view. Had live music. First thought seeing it was great bar food, but it wasn't that, he had sampler... platter fish and gator was great! Also had grits gator and shrimp was fresh and very filling. Read more
