When we pulled up in our bay we immediately knew things were not going to be good. When we pushed the red button the response... was what do you want. Two blizzards with chocolate mixed into the ice cream and snickers, could not believe she says out ofsnickers. when we finally got our food it was so thin we drank it with a straw, there was no chocolate and could not get help!everyone was out delivering orders, or talking to others outside. we decided to cut our losses and leave. Absolutely awful. Waited in drive through for 10 minutes and would've waited longer if I hadn't of left. No one even said... anything about needing to wait nicely, except for someone saying "Give me a minute" with a lot of attitude AFTER I asked ifanyone was there 5 minutes after waiting. Read more

Business hours say they close at 7:30 p.m. every night, but they've been closed at 7:00 p.m. for three nights in a row. And I... don't mean closing down closed, I mean full-on no vehicles or employees anywhere closed. Read more

I understand being short handed, I understand limited hours, but this Sonic seems to always turn off their mobile ordering well... before they decide to close, and you never really know when that may be. I?ve also had on other days where they just turn it offfor no reason. So if I want to pay full price for drinks or not use my rewards in the app, I guess I could order with the redbutton but I?ll take the 10 extra minutes and go to Hermitage instead. Oh and you aren?t allowed to order onion rings with theapp. So if everything else works out okay, I still have to place a second order for them once I get there. When you pay throughthe app there should be no reason to turn that function off. Again - it?s the only Sonic I?ve been to who does this. It?s justaggravating. Food is at least on point, but I like my discounts, rewards and onion rings. Read more

Need to get their speakers fixed. Could barely hear the guy. Judging by how many times he had to adjust our order, he couldn't... hear us either. Even after trying to gave him fix multiple times the drinks still came out wrong. Read more

We just ordered at your Sonic and it was a horrible experience. I realize you may not have help, but if your going to be open,... serve fresh food. Our chicken was cold, buns were burned and didn't receive our entire order. $25.05 was what we paid for a ahorrible meal. Drive through was all that is open and trying to get someone to answer to let them know we didn't get all weordered was impossible. We left without our food, we will be never visit again!????
