This location I avoid now. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to use another Dunkin Donuts. Let me start by saying the... service is HORRIBLE. I've been there multiple times, on different days and times, and not one time can I say I was satisfied.Beware if you do an online order. They try and just give you only your coffee, and always seem to somehow miss your food. Mycoffee is never EVER made right, and The last time I went was the worst service I've received so far. I placed an online order.I received my coffee which by the way was not made right. But I did not receive my donuts, or my munchkins I ordered. So shewent and got my donuts and munchkins and threw them all together in the same bag. Most people wouldn't mind, but for someone whohas a 3-year-old who doesn't like to have their food touch other food, it's a big problem. Then I look and see that it's not thedonuts I ordered. Not even close. The munchkins were all the same flavor and I only received three of them. So I tell her thesearen't the donuts I want, I won't even eat the flavor she gave me. So she takes my bag and closes the window to come back 30seconds later and hand me my bag with the same exact donuts in them again. She didn't even attempt to try and get the correct itto the ones I wanted. Didn't say Have a nice day. Didn't say thank you for coming. Instead handed me my bag, sighed very loudlyand slammed the window door shut. So I paid money for donuts I couldn't eat, that My 3-year-old wouldn't eat, so I feel like mymoney was stolen. My coffee I couldn't drink. I had to wait till I got home to make it the correct way. It's just inconvenientwhen all you want to do is stop by and get a good iced coffee and instead you get something that's not even what you want. Andon top of it are made to feel like you're bothering them because you're coming and buying from the store. We showed up at 8:55 asking for a grilled cheese sandwich and the girl said to me ?we literally just shut our ovens down two... minutes ago?. My issue is that it wasn?t 9 o?clock and they only ?shut down the ovens two minutes ago? weren?t they still hot?They say they?re open till 9 PM so they should be open until 9 PM. And it was quite rude of them to not serve us and they lostout on a sale and actually, we will never go back to that store again. Was it worth not waiting 5 more minutes to shut yourovens down??? Who is the manager or supervisor of this Place ? Do you monitor your employees at all? What are you doing there? Who are you... hiring? They don't know how to make a normal smoothie. Have been to this location twice. I find the store to be extremely busy but the service is not the greatest. Understandable... since they're slammed often. Anyways I had purchased a coffee and 10 munchkins. I received the coffee and was in a rush didn'treceive the munchkins. I came back later to try to receive munchkins I never received however I had to show proof of purchase. They wouldn't give me the munchkins because I had lost my receipt. Thing about dunkin is I love their coffee and donuts buttheir service at more than one location is kind of awful. Oh well going elsewhere to get coffee and donuts is what's in myfuture.
