This was an incredible cooking class with Phensri! We made five dishes, plus tea, AND she massaged my wrist when she noticed I... was sore. Phensri really cared about teaching us her recipes, not just selling us the class. This was absolutely wonderful!Incredible value, and she even gave us laminated cards with her recipes. What a great experience. My mother-in-law and I took a class with Chef Phensri on Saturday. Phensri is a great teacher and she... makes it fun. The food was absolutely delicious. We came home with recipes, some of the Fantastic Thai sauces and my family hasenjoyed delicious, authentic Thai dishes for three days straight! The proof of the teacher is in the student's cooking. It willbe hard to pay for a meal at a Thai restaurant again when you can easily make it at home for a fraction of the cost. We highlyrecommend this class. Read more
