Did curbside. When food was brought out, I asked about the 2 garlic dips I ordered.after checking every box, the guy said very... rude , you have th pay for it . I said, I did. He said no you didn't. if you did it would be written on a box.he then justabruptly walked away as I said I'll look up my order. Sure enough it was in there. So I walked inside to show them and get therest of my order. They all looked at me dumbfounded...SO MUCH FOR CURBSIDE....get the 7 pizzas home. Worst experience! We did a non-contact delivery option and the driver was extremely rude. He yelled at us just because we didn't... put any light outside. He was probably frustrated in the first place and just showing it on the customers. Dominoes should hirebetter drivers and not these junk. But other, than that, the pizza was fine. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Consistent mistakes with my order every single time I place it. Can never get in touch on their phone... line as they don?t pick up! Today I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich and I got 5 small pieces of chicken on the wholesandwich with no mango habanero sauce or anything. Same order had lava cake, no powdered sugar and dried out. And the pizza wasordered with half pie toppings, the whole pie has toppings. Kids didn?t eat as they wanted plain. Just another good experience with the Domino's Pizza. Predicted 30-40 minute delivery time from the time my order was entered,... ended up being less than 25 minutes. Our two pizzas were perfectly baked and just...pretty, as if the pizza chef made it forhis/her own family. Seriously. Read more
I called to let them know of my concern i.e. late even though app says it?s ready it was not even cooked yet when it was time to... be picked up, sandwich is cold inside - cheese not melted, peppers are cold and worse of all very rude - making excuses as tohow they have no control of the timer on the app - hello! there is a reason why that feature is on the app but the male managerdoes not get it!
