I always order a large fry with my combo because I like to eat half with ketchup and half in my frosty. Fries tasted good but... this was their pathetic excuse of a large fry tonight with none that fell out into the bag. Definitely not returning to thislocation. Read more
Great food friendly service. They need to get rid of the million flavor drink machine I often avoid going in here because of... that But, now that they have the Strawberry Lemonade behind the counter I go in more. Wendys has the best burgers in fast food. Read more
Good food, but very poor attention to detail. I ordered lunch online for myself and 3 coworkers. Only 1 order was completely... correct. Mine was supposed to be a Baconator and I got some kind of barbecue burger. NOT EVEN CLOSE! My coworker got the BLTchicken sandwich biggie bag and got no bacon (a very important part of the Blt...). Another got the Jr. bacon cheeseburgerbiggie bag and also got no bacon on her BACON cheeseburger. I assumed ordering online would be fool-proof since everything isin writing, but I guess not. Worst place ever. Window worker couldn't make change. Order was incorrect. Burger was cold. It was a convenient location too bad... they gave up caring to run a business. Read more
The people there are dumb as bricks. They don't know their menu that well plus can't read. Also they argued with us about... ordering two of the same goodie bags and they gave us 1 and agrued about it. Terrible customer services and they can't read. Ifthere is another Wendy's somewhere else got there. Don't go to this Wendy's. Read more
7/9/21 UPDATE: Today, we had had a large order and made it simple by making all the burgers plain and no cheese (all our picky... eaters can top them at home). Every single burger had cheese. We scraped it off as good as we could for the kids who didn't likecheese. BUT THEN we started eating and discovered the burgers were not cooked all the way. We would have taken this back, butthey made it clear our order was the last one they took before closing (this was 9:30pm on Friday night). I assume it was due tolack of staff and I understand that.
