DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! They have robbed me twice of $14 after waiting for 45 min- to an hour for my food. I?ve gone back... through the line asking for my money back and told me that i don?t have a receipt. The guy at the cash register is awesome butI?ve run into awful and awful people who give the food. One lady yelled at me asking what my order was and practically threw itinto my car. Dude told me to pull up to the door. I waited and watched 20 to 25 people get there meal and drive off. Honestly ifyou want food, go to the Panda Express across the street. Solid 5 star Panda Express. People are awesome. But this place isutterly trash. Read more
My grandkids were Not able to enjoy the play area because of the children of employees. They had three of the tables littered... with food, coats, etc and customers were not able to allow their children to play while eating because of nowhere to sit. Theyalso kept arguing with each other and punching each other and telling all of the customers kids to shut up and how and wherethey could play. I understand times are hard and it?s commendable that employees come to work and have to bring their childrenbut accommodation?s need to be made for them instead of just letting them take over the restaurant and play place. This is probably the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I keep returning hoping it might be better, but it isn't. This last time... was the final straw. I ordered from grubhub. When I got my food, it wasn't what I ordered at all, didn't include a drink, andhad half cooked fries that were inedible. Why is this place so bad?! Must be bad management. Read more
They REALLY know how to ruin someone's day here...I ordered food for people at work and myself, spent a good chunk of change... since I didn't have time to eat at home and I get to work and these people didn't have my breakfast along with 2 otherpeoples!!! AND THEY THINK THEY DESERVE $15 AN HOUR!!!! They were already rude at both the drive thru windows acting like theydidn't want to be there and they just spread that "sunshine" to everyone the see. Pretty frustrating when you walk over from the hotel, at 1030 pm, because the hours say the lobby is open until midnight (as... shown on both doors) only to find out the lobby is closed. Please take the very minimal time it takes to, even temporarily,change your hours. Read more
Absolute horrible food that made me actually sick from quality, freshness, and preparation. Completely messed up my order,... substituted things that I didn't even want without even attempting to let me know. Called repeatedly and they completely refuseto answer the phone after several calls. Worst McDonald's in the entire Johnson County area by far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEAND TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS LOCATION AS WELL. I will be in contact with the corporate office about this location, even if itis franchised owned. Arrived at 9:30pm in the lobby, my friend went to the restroom and we walked up to the cashier and were immediately told to... leave as the lobby was closed. I understand if it was closed but the tone with which it was said was extremely unprofessionaland unprompted. The doors weren?t locked and the website doesn?t disclose a closing time for the lobby. The rest of the groupleft immediately while me and my friend waited for our friend in the restroom. After a minute the lady comes out from behind theregisters and tells us we need to leave in the rudest tone. I explained we were waiting for a friend as she didn?t hear it wasclosed. Other employees were sweeping or on their phones sitting down in the lobby while playing loud music on a speaker. Iunderstand people that work in the food industry aren?t often treated right, but to take out your anger on a group of kids yourage that were completely unaware of the situation is just ridiculous. While we were waiting we heard a conversation between aman and the cashier. He was hungry and wanted food and she said he could only order food from the drive-thru. When he mentionedhe didn?t have a car she just blew him off. I get maybe you don?t get paid enough to deal with the people you deal witheveryday, but to just have common human decency... Is it that hard? It was obvious that she just wanted to get home, which Icompletely understand, but I just think this could have been handled differently. Read more
I have yet to get a burger made correctly but I am so thankful that my toddler can use the play area that I don't mind. Staff is... always nice and the play area is always clean. Read more
