Best McDonald?s in Olathe. Talk about hard workers. 630 am 2 young girls. Both the order taker and cashier were friendly and... efficient. Obviously they had a good kitchen staff too. It is the service at this location that makes a difference. Read more
Always an issue with mobile order. I order ahead so I don't have to wait. I wait 10 or 15 minutes and then when I get there, the... order goes through and I still have to wait. Also, they don't wear gloves and touch your fries with bare hands. Gross. Also,they didn't give me my drink that I paid for :( Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a code for a buy one get one for .29 cent double cheeseburger, and it did not show up on my... receipt. I explained what happened to the ?manager? and she asked the cashier about it. The cashier stated the code was onlygood for points. I said that is not true- she saw the code that said .29cent cheeseburger and told me, ?well that?s what thecashier said and there?s nothing I can do about it?. I explained that she can refund the difference but is choosing not to dothat. WHAT A TERRIBLE ?OH WELL and I REALLY DON?T CARE ATTITUDE?. This location is good. After 10 years of going here, I have never had any missing food. The parking lot can get backed up during... rush hours. Tough to drive around the building, unless you're getting into the drive thru lane. Read more
It?s an updated and cleaner location and the food came out pretty fast. Which is nice compared to a lot of the one in the city... where it takes 20 minutes, but the ice machines were empty and they weren?t the friendliest, but that could have been due to theother clientele that they were currently dealing with.
