Drive-through line was okay. Food was fine. But there were several things wrong with our order. They mixed up the stickers on... the sandwiches so although we did get the right items it took a while to figure out. They did not put the requested cream in mycoffee and the lid was not on the coffee cup properly so that was scary. Forgot to give us the water we ordered and we had tostop and ask them before we drove away. Read more
This place was the dirtiest I have seen out of all. The employees was difficult to deal with . No one at any of the registers.... Was told to use big pad (key kiosk). I had cash so they served 6 orders in front of my kids. The manager lady was walking upsaid a few things walked back to back again and left. No help. I’m a very patient and nice person and would never write acomment but this was a total mess. And kids were really upset that it took over 30 mins to get 2 happy meals. Read more
Went to McDonald's today to grab a few boo buckets. When we walked in, none of the kiosks we're working. Attempted to order at... the counter and when the cashier started reading back our order, none of it was correct. He called over someone else to read itback to us at if we just couldn't understand him. Clearly that didn't fix the problem. I looked back and the kiosks appeared tohave rebooted so I told them we would just order there. Kiosks worked, card reader didn't. The kiosk was supposed to print areceipt to pay at the counter. That didn't work either. Attempted again to order at the counter. It took a solid 10 minutes ofrepeating our order to get 4 happy meals and a cheeseburger meal. When we finally got our food it looked like it had beensitting under the heat lamp since the day before. There's a reason we only go to McDonald's in a pinch and this is it.Frustrating ordering, poor quality. Thought it would be fun to get a boo bucket, but even those aren't worth the hassle. Notcute, very small and the handle was not designed well as it gets in the way of retrieving what's in the bucket. Read more
Do not go here unless you are just wanting a diet Coke. I keep trying to give this location a chance, but it has just gone so... far downhill I don't think it can ever come back. We ordered Big Mac meals, which were so cold and hard, you could actually takethe buns top and bottom and knock on the dash of the car with them. How did they expect anyone to eat anything like that? Thefries were horrible as well. The only thing that was decent was the diet coke. If we hadn't already got so far away on thehighway I would have turned around and demanded my money back! Read more
Past 2 weeks I have ordered here. 6 orders, 1 of them was correct of those times. Single item orders as well. Ask for a Diet... Coke, they’ll give you diabetes. Read more
The place was disgustingly filthy, I also was the only one there at the time. The employees were too busy complaining about... another employee that was 2 hours late. The food was good but the tray that my food was on even had food on it from the previousperson. Read more
They might as well have stolen from us with how little they actually put in the cups for the McFlurry. We ordered three and each... one had less than the last. My husband took the one with the least because I am pregnant and trying to gain weight as I amunderweight. Guess I won’t be able to do that with this trip. Read more
Normally stop here on the way back home. This is the closest McDonald's to me and is still 10 miles away. Got to the drive thru,... 4 people ahead of us. Ordered my all chicken product order and pulled up to the window. Get my drink and we were asked to pullforward. Me, and 3 other cars are now still waiting 15 minutes later. Woman comes out, hands me my food, we drive off. Get hometo find ...a big Mac, 2 gross double ketchup, double mustard cheeseburgers, a 10 piece nugget and 2 large fries. My fault fornot checking before I left, but I absolutely had faith that they had done their job. Won't be a problem from now on, will find anew stop on the way home.
