Why would anyone eat here? The sandwich was fine. Nothing special, but fine. Thing is, you can make the same sandwich at home... for a 3rd of the price that tastes exactly the same if not better, and sandwiches are incredibly easy to make, so why bother? Read more
Definitely not freaky fast. Me and my coworkers have ordered from this location a lot as we work real close and I am sorry but... delivery usually isn't that fast and so ordered pickup this time and it wasn't fast either. After half hour someone just wentover there to check on things and they made it after she walked in. I have given this location so many 2nd chances and I amfinally done. The wait isn't the problem it's every single time I order something from this location my order is wrong. Mysandwich is either lacking the certain meat or when I order dbl meat it's only the standard amount, or if I take things off mysandwich it is never removed. The management is very rude and the staff isn't well trained. Ordered a sandwich and the woman said it would be here shortly.. I... asked how long shortly would be because the last time i ordered it took a whole hour to be delivered. She then says 45 minutes.Why was I not told this before I ordered my freaky fast sammy?????Not fast at all 1hr wait times for delivery. Spoke withmanagement and they used the excuse that nobody wants to work for then because unemployment pays more? Was also told that thereis pretty much an indefinite hour long wait for deliveries. This Jimmy Johns is anything but " freaky fast" when it comes to a delivery. It has taken over an hour to get 2 sandwiches... prepared and delivered.. I had to call twice and check in on the order. Only the first call 40 minutes after the order wasplaced I was told that my order was walking at the door... 20 minutes later no sandwiches. So I call again and they said theywere sorry and the driver was leaving the store. Beyond frustrating because our lunches are over and now we won' t get to eat. Nothing was said other than "sorry." The service is fast and the staff is friendly. They didn't put the extra stuff on one of our sandwhiches that we ordered. We... ordered "Little John's" and I have to say that compared to the other Jimmy John's this has been the most disappointing. Theydidn't put a lot of meat on it compared to local JJ's and it's more like 4 to 5-5" instead of 6.5" like it's advertised. Ofcourse the food quality and taste is very good which is why I want the full amount of what I'm supposed to get. Read more
Food is always good. Service was very slow today and all I got was a sorry we are busy. Took almost an hour for my sandwich to... get across the street. I understand being busy but when you advertise something you should follow up on that. And as far as justa sorry we are busy with no offer to do anything about it was rude. My wife and I have been frequenting this Jimmy John's once every two weeks, on average, for the past several years - it is... halfway between my office and home so it is very convenient. In all of this time, we have never had anything other than a fineexperience. The food is excellent, in our opinion simply better than any of the other sandwich chains we have been to. Thestaff has always been great, they greet you when you enter, chat it up with you while you are there, and bid you farewell whenyou leave. I was honestly very surprised to see the poor reviews with this location - unless you are looking for delivery, Ican personally attest to the quality, speedy service at this Jimmy John's. Read more
So disappointed the disrespect. My husband and I were having lunch and the workers very rude. My husband had a case on his arm... and the workers told him to bag his own food. So rude. Never will support Jimmy John's again! Read more
