POOR TREATMENT!! RUDE OWNER!! My girlfriend and I came few times before and she had always customised her ice cream to her... liking with more ingredients. However when we asked for the same today, the guy at counter said that he can only do 3 inside. Wereplied that we have always customized like this before. Then he responded ?I AM THE OWNER? in a mean tone and expression. Thatwas totally uncalled for dude. Who communicates like that? You could have charged us extra or denied our request nicely. Beingan owner you should know how to treat your customer. I mean, where is the hospitality? We really love the ice cream here, butyou have just ruined our day and we are never coming back ever again. Mind blown!!!!!!! The best ice cream shop experience my kids have ever had. The servings are huge- it is a blast to watch it... being made- there was a sweet stomp game the kids played while we were waiting ....and the results looked and tasted sooooooyummy.
