Meh. Usually good, but tonight, it was meh. Wife's Whopper with cheese was sloppy and not even hot. I got the Bacon and Swiss... Cheese Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich. Talk about the real thing looking nothing at all like the picture! The picture on the menuboard looks fantastic with melted swiss, beautiful tomatoes, large strips of bacon, fully looking stuffed! Mine had bacon andold chunks of lettuce, never saw any tomatoes, and a couple of wimpy strips of bacon. And overall taste was... YUCK! Read more

I was very upset when I went through the drive-thru to use a coupon and was told it couldn't be honored because two numbers were... torn off, I asked him to scan the back of coupon, he said they don't have a scanner. I believe the best way to have handled thetransaction would have been to do a price over ride on the order to match the coupon being that I come to this franchise a loton my lunch. I'm very upset with the way this transaction was handled and hope you can please other customers in the futureinstead of turning them away in such a negative way. Read more
An absolute pleasure to talk and order from their night staff. Showed up at 2257 with a decently-sized order and the nice... gentleman had me sitting outside in my car with a good drink while they made my order. Far better than waiting in a line. Been coming to the place for awhile. They have made some major improvements to this location. Burger King makes flavorful and... affordable fast food. Affordable mostly due to the coupons theymail out. For a fast food breakfast, nothing beats a warm,buttery sausage egg & cheese croissant! Placed mobile phone order. Arrive and there is a sign saying no fried foods, that includes fries or nuggests, only burgers. I... ask the associate and she said only burgers. I ask to cancel my order. I then see them serving fries. Manager comes over andcan't find my order to cancel it. We ask why the sign says no fries if they are serving them. He says what sign? We point to itand he rips it off. Says that was earlier. No sorry for the confusion, just turned around and started getting our order ready.Food was cold and tasteless. Odd since they made ours "fresh". Place is very dirty. Faucet in bathroom is ready to come off.Very loose, rusty and dirty. Soft drink machine is very gross. Hasn't been cleaned in a while. Lobby is dirty and needsrefreshing. Read more
The food at this BK location is always yummy, and they'll make your food fresh if you ask ???? inside tho, the service is a bit... slow, and the cleanliness is disappointing. Read more
