Good food just didnt have the dine in open at the time
They had big signs that said dining room open, and when I got out, I go to go in and, no dining room. While I was walking up to... go in others pulled into the drive thru. As I am waiting on my order at the window an old man walks up to the window because hisorder was wrong. Honestly, this was all around a terrible experience. Long wait, can?t get orders right, food was no good,workers were unfriendly. The last two times I have gone to Arby?s I have had terrible experiences. The company is obviously notinterested in hiring good workers and pays no attention to poor reviews. *For the owner* Do not send me a lame ?I?m so sorry.?Type of typical meaningless message. I have seen these on Google frequently. Get in your store and get things right. Hire peoplewho actually want to work. It is pathetic to maintain the status quo of this place as it currently is. I don?t want a freesandwich or a coupon. I want to pay for a quality meal and get a quality meal serve quickly by a decent employee. That is nothappening at this location. PS. The feedback on the receipt does not recognize your store and the last time I followed up onone at another store the cooperate office lied to me and told me they would reimburse me for the meal I wasted money on. I ordered the two for six chicken sandwiches, one of my chicken sandwiches came out with chicken strips but I guess they ran out... of chicken strips so she decided to put on two chicken nuggets instead, the sandwich was basically nothing but bread andridiculous for her to do so because obviously I noticed it from having chicken strips in n one sandwich to chicken nuggets onthe other sandwich. Tried the Greek gyro, meh, did not like ranch sauce. Did not like the Mac n cheese. Took it back to heat up again, it was barely... warm. Sad no more salads or the chix salad sandwiches, my favs. Will go again and try something new. Read more
Disappointed in this location. Usually Arby's is up on their drive thru! We have gone to this location twice and both times they... gave us the wrong food. While it is the closest to our house we will go to the store across town if we want Arby's. Read more
If management feels like closing the dining room, on a given day, they will. Nothing like showing up on a rainy day, after... Google shows your dining room is open, get your kids out of the car and the door is locked. Overall, this place has issues. Iwork across the street and I?ll go just about anywhere else. I brought a coupon. Ordered everything on the coupon (nothing extra). My bill was more $ than the coupon said it should be. My... mozzarella sticks didn't come with the marinara dipping sauce. I love Arby's but this location isn't the best, it's just theclosest to me.
