Bagels taste like there 2 weeks old, stale and dry. Hashbrown like someone forgot them in the microwave. Cross contamination... between food, had a breakfast wrap that had crumbs of something else on it and at the bottom of the container. Its a disgrace totim hortons. Who ever is making the food Sunday morning needs to be retrained. Go to the one up the road, may be busy butprobably for a reason. Read more

Visiting friends in okotoks, Came in one evening about 6 weeks ago around 7. Only a mother and daughter were waiting and they... said they had ordered. So I went to the counter. I waited? and waited? and began to wonder if there were any staff. Eventually after a few minutes? a younger and older woman came around to the front. They seemed in no hurry and were talking. The younger woman approached but then went off to the left side. The older woman then came right to the front, walked rightpast me without saying a word or even looking at me. She then seemed to survey the baked goods ? turned and walked past meagain to the back! Now I?d just been standing there for several minutes ? I decided that 1. I was going to be late if I keptwaiting, 2. It was a bit embarrassing having the only other customers watch me just being totally ignored, and 3. They reallyhad zero interest in my business! So I just turned and walked out. In 35 years of almost daily Tim?s visits across Canada,nothing remotely like that has happened to me. Bizarre. Read more

Sloppy work, ordered a wrap and when I got home it wasn't wrapped. And the sauce had oozed out just making a sloppy mess.... Potatoes wedges were undercooked and my coffee wasn't stirred. They where quick at that window and I now know why. Never likedthis Tim Hortons but with the main one down its was the next best option. It's worth the drive just to go to the one by Costco. For months now this place is in full neglect. Still no panini iron. ALWAYS out of stuff. Today was whatever is needed to make... my cold brew.. it just feels like they?re planning on shutting this one down. Too bad, it use to be the best. Read more

This location has been missing its panini press and expresso machine for a month now. About 10% of customers just leave because... the machines aren't avaliable. Does it really take this long to fix or at least ship a new one? Read more

Today, I recieved the worst service I have seen in a fast food establishment so far. I was with someone else to get food and... there were three other employees working at the time around 11am. All of them seemed to be too focused on their own tasks anddid not communicate with each other at all. We were the only 2 customers in the store and the employee did take my buddy'sorder, but he completly forgot to take mine and just went back to what he was doing. I assume hes new but there were 2 othersthere that seemed to want nothing to do with us and I was left waiting again. It took ten minutes for food to get to my friendand after that they just went back to what they were doing before. I was left waiting at the counter for fifteen minutes thismorning and they never even asked what I wanted and they pretended I didnt exist. I shouldnt have to yell across the counter toget your guys attention when we were the only people in the store. Whatever is going on here, fix it. I will not be coming hereagain. Avoid this place unless you are looking for the worst service you can ask for, absolutly pathetic. Read more

Decent service, usually have to wait for a person to take your order. Be prepared to listen to loud beeping oven alarm sounds... while the staff laugh and chat away unaware as to how annoying is is to the customers that want to relax with their coffee.Also, the staff seem to drop the metal lids from the food containers onto the floor at least twice every time I'm in there. Poor experience and a manager who showed absolutely no pride or ownership when I spoke to him about the problem with my... order. I just wanted a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee through the drive through. Tim Hortons serves a terrible Englishmuffin unless it is properly toasted, it is not edible. I was very specific at the drive through. After driving away andtaking one bite it was obvious that he sandwich was barely warm let alone toasted. I took the time to turn around and walk intothe store. Firstly the person who did the toasting was super defensive and instead of fixing my order trying justify what Igot. I asked for a refund as it was just too frustrating. The gentleman giving me the refund didn?t care and was indifferentto my complaint. When I asked to speak to the manager it turned out to be the cashier who refunded me. I realized right awaythis guy was running this business into the ground because he demonstrated no care or pride or concern. He just didn?t care. Iwill never return to this branch and will consider getting my breakfast sandwiches somewhere else altogether. Tim Hortons usedto be the bomb and now It is just a bum to me now. Read more
