Amazing customer service! Each time I come In Ketan always greets me, he is very polite and starts working my order before I... even say anything. I've been to many different subways and never have i received the type of customer service he delivers! Read more
The service was nothing to write home about, the food was alright, the bathroom was clean, and the tables were a little messy... but not too bad. The reason for the two stars? My 5 year old daughter has celiac which is an allergy to gluten. Which hasserious side effects. Sadly we had to change her order as most of the protein, had visible bread crumbs all over, and all thetools they use came in regular contact with gluten. They had gluten free buns and a list of gluten free options that werecontaminated. If you are celiac try somewhere else. Read more
We usually get fairly consistent service at this location. Today however was not a good visit. The man working there (I had... never seen before) was either brand new or having an EXTREMELY off day... We walked in and I ordered the Montreal Steak andProvolone panini. He asked me what size, I told him I am getting the panini and there?s only one size, then he asked whichpanini, so I told him again which one I ordered. He asked if I wanted it toasted and as you?re supposed to toast this one beforeyou put the veggies on I told him that yes, I would, ?veggies on first?? He asked... well no, that?s not how it?s made so I saidno. He didn?t know which sauce was supposed to go on it, or which veggies, he just didn?t know anything. Then my husbandordered a coffee and was told that there is no coffee, I said ?there?s a coffee pot over there? (and pointed by the pop machine)he said ?well yeah, we serve it here, I just didn?t make any today?.... What? No coffee? I can understand if the place had justopened but at this point it?s almost 10:30am. Subway advertises it?s breakfasts all the time but you can?t get a coffee? Goodthing Timmies was just a few doors down. It was just an awful visit from beginning to end. My sandwich would have turned outbetter if I had jumped back there myself. At least I know how it?s supposed to be made. If your employee is that new, theyshouldn?t be left alone without someone to help them. If he was just lazy or stoned, that?s a whole different story. Such great workers here but they are definitely understaffed. It took 30 minutes after placing a order through to app to get it.... There was only one person working on Saturday at 10:30 am with a huge line up. He did an amazing job getting through all theorders and the sub was exactly as needed. Read more
