My family and I have eaten here more than a dozen times. It has been perfect every time. Very friendly staff. Quality food. ... My wife loves the Rose Pasta. My son and I LOVE the burgers. I've probably eaten a couple thousand burgers in my life. Ricky's genuninely ranks in the top 3-4 for me. Better than Denny's, better than Humpty's, better than Smitty's, and betterthan IHOP. Have gone in the past and it was decent enough to return. However after the last experience, we will never go back. We sat on... the patio, there were 3 tables out there in total. We watched every single table send their food back for various reasons. Notsure if it was in fact the manager we were dealing with, but she was extremely rude. Here's a tip: just go to Denny's. Ordered a sandwich for lunch today, through skip the dishes. When I received the sandwich, there was Mold on the both buns,... inside and out. I called Ricky?s to let them know, and they honestly could not care at all. They didn?t even apologize foranything. They?re only response was ?Contact Skip?.
