My family became very sick through the night and through out a 48 hour period before feeling better. Location was given info... regarding what happened knows AHS is involved because I told them in a private message. No manager had ever made contact toappolagize for what we went through. They make a pretty good pizza, but their prices are not longer very competitive. Dominos is outclassing them with their frequent... large pizza specials 50% off or $12.99 for a 4-topping. (not that 14" is particularly large) CPU's regular prices are $16.99for a large $18.99 for an extra large Even Pizza Hut has some decent specials these days. But $15-$16 for two toppings asPapaJohn's special (when you buy two) is just not worth it. Read more
I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and used up my points to get 10$ off(HUGE MISTAKE). The pizza I got was the worst I've... ever tasted. It was cold and had hardly any sause, cheese or pepperoni! My last couple orders since then have been just asterrible, they barley put any toppings or cheese on the pizzas. It really sucks since my family would order from here weekly. Irecommend driving to seton if you'd like a good papa John's. Really disappointing. Read more
Coupon Codes mean terrible quality pizza... My fiance and I always order pizza from this location and it's always amazing. Which... is why I was super excited when I got a coupon code for 30% off! On Wednesday April 3rd, 2019 we ordered a large pepperoni withjalapenos. They definitely saved the 30% by barely putting any cheese on it and decreasing the diameter of the pizza by a solid2"!! I am really disappointed because we've been loyal customers and we finally caught a break with that coupon code. We aren'tones to be picky but this was far beyond disappointing. It was blatantly obvious they wanted to save the loss of mark-up byeliminating toppings and reducing the size. Wish I had a photo but we were too hungry & busy packing for our trip that we didn'tthink of posting a review until after. Any other time we have ordered from the Okotoks location we have had nothing but amazingservice and wicked good pizza. Papa John's is our #1 choice for a pizza cheat meal so when we do cheat on our healthy meals wealways know it's going to be amazing... sadly this time it wasn't. Read more
July 22,2018 Very disappointing tonight. We have been ordering from here exclusively for the last 8 years, and tonight we were... sorely disappointed in our pizza. The toppings were barely there and that?s what brought us to Papa John?s to begin with. Theyare usually plentiful, but tonight was mostly crust and sauce. I think we will be finding a new pizza joint if this happensagain. We wondered if there are new owners. If so, they won?t be in business long if this is what they are puttingout.
