Everytime we go to this location they either mess up our order, we have horrible customer service or they can?t figure out how... to flow the drive thru. Tonight ordered a 6pc chicken nugget meal for my son and of course in the container clearly labeled 6there was only 4. So sick of the poor service here. Figure it out already! Read more

Went here with the crew for lunch and the McCrispy, Big Mac, AND Fillet o fish we orderered were all way overcooked, but the... fries were undercooked and basically unsalted. The store was also absolutely infested with flies (see pics for a coupleexamples). Oh, and the sink in the men's bathroom is broken. Read more
Lady taking the order through drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful. My husband noticed she made a mistake put our order in... and said oh we definitely want ice in our coffee and she told my husband to Relax and it was her mistake even though he nicelylaughed about it when saying it. Then the manager was rude when asked to remake the coffee because it was too much cream whenasked for light cream on the order. I won?t return to this store as it?s chaotic and they don?t seem to know what good customerservice skills is all about. Read more
Messed up my $70 breakfast order. When I called to tell them they would not let me speak with a manager than hung up on me. I... complained with corporate head office but the owners who were suppose to contact me never did. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION....THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF GOOD CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Went to take a bite out of my Bigmac from Southbank McDonalds and found a big long hair in it. Very unhygienic and unsanitary
McDonald's! Ate in at this location. It is a very nice and very clean restaurant. Even the restroom was very clean. Service was... very good and a person came around with a thermos, topping up customers coffees. Nice! There is also a good size parking lot. Read more
Ordered coffee, and was disgusted when this thing touched my lip. Definitely will not be going back.
