These guys need to learn some customer service skills. I ordered my meals and paid. Once I?d received all my food I realized... there was no milkshake that I?d ordered. I said I ordered a shake to the lady (manager). She asked the young guy who served usand he said I didn?t order it and he continued to tell me I never! I said I just want a shake. I was so angry he was calling mea liar. It?s just a milkshake but an apology instead if calling me a liar would have been nice. You get a feel for the place just watching the employees interact... Or not interact, the owner? Or manager that was there... seemed to order the employees around. They didn't seem to enjoy their jobs or be having any fun working there.. They all seemedsad... The food was fresh though and hot. So if I was the manager, I works find a way to show the employees a way to have funwhile working. I think it would go a long way in making this a more enjoyable experience. Read more

Everytime I go to this restaurant drive thru, staff ask me to wait at front and they will bring my order in 2-3 minutes. After... waiting for almost 7-10 minutes still no staff comes with your order and when you go inside to get it , they all are lost ad towhat is happening and give me wrong order. This has happened 3 times consistently. I won't wait at front anymore and will get myfood in drive thru window, even if it takes 10 minutes, as they never bring your food at front. Read more
I usually LOVE burger King. But the okotoks location is terrible. When I go, they never have chicken prepared and you always... have to wait 6 minutes. Same with their turnovers. Always a 6 minute wait. The staff is nice enough, but I go there for dinner,not a nice chat. Won't be going to this location anymore. Read more
Nice takeout or dine in burger king very clean and organized. My only thing is when you get order of fries they go crazy with... the salt. They really need to control that. I've heard that from other customers. Read more
