The food is good. Here is the problem. Every time I order from this store I?m always missing an item or two. They never... apologize or get the food to me in a quick matter. I know the whole world is short staffed, but a little bit goes a long wayswhen it comes to customer service acknowledging when we make a mistake makes the customer at peace. Let?s do better!! My 5 stars is comparing this to other wing places around including other Wingstops. Got two $15.99 20 boneless meals (you get... up to 4 success on each meal); we had a lot of wings left to take home. The boneless wings and fries were good. Got theKorean, Louisiana, BBQ, and Hawaiian sauces. All were good except the Louisiana dry rub is a bit salty. They also have oneof those soda machines that mixes a ton of different flavors. **Normally would not rate a wing stop 5 stars but the personbehind the counter added at least one star. She was very helpful, patient, and kind. She was also constantly working to makethe place nice for customers; Cleaning and straightening the tables. Ordered for pick up at 545, they were ready and sitting under the heat lamp at 530 when I arrived. I arrive early everywhere... just in case this happens, when I asked about it he acted like it was normal for food to sit 15+ mins before the guest arrived.Cold soggy fries and barely warm wings isn?t what I wanted. Went in to pick up a online order. Gave the lady at the front my name she walked back looked came back to the front and said... nothing to me . So I sat to wait for my food , that is when a family walked in and took a field trip straight to the backwearing flip flops . After a few minutes of touching everyones order that was being made they walked out and stood by thecounter(see picture with the one with her butt on the counter) My order was finally finished and I asked the lady at thecounter who the people were and she said they were managment. Maybe someone should tell managment that it is not acceptable forthem to bring their family into a food buisness and allow them to eat and touch orders being made . Also unacceptable to haveuncovered feet in a kitchen . I told the lady at the front that it was unacceptable and I would be reporting it to higher upsand she told me to leave and never come back. She won't have to worry I have absolutely no Intentions of returning . You cankeep your food that has been fingered by unwashed hands and your feet chicken . I won't be back. Ordered two sandwich combos and told 38 minutes. Get there and 45 min later still no sandwich and a room full of people not... getting their food. Watched 3 get refunds and I decided to do the same. Wow how is this a thing in your business. Verydisappointed in service. They had so many people trying to get refunds we had to wait to get that. Read more
Terrible!! Whoever owns or manages this place they should really shake things up. Waited 40+ minutes for my order, it wasn't... busy at all. They skipped me 6 times, and when I went twice to ask for my order no explanation was given or anything. Once Ifinally got my food I asked if my 15 piece wing order would get a dip. The very "unfriendly" Alexa or Axelia (something likethat) lady just threw a NO... I said if not even the 40+ minutes of waiting would grant me one and again got a straightunfriendly NO.... Nobody said sorry for your wait, no kind of explanation given from anyone... This business has lost a customerfor life. Oh the wings were also very dry. Read more
This is The Best Wingstop! They're always nice, with a clean store and well-tossed wings in plenty of sauce, tonight put it... over the top, though: I placed my order online, and the life happened, my phone died, and I ended up 2 hours late to pick up myorder. Not only had they NOT thrown it away, they also offered to remake it for me, even though it was my own fault I was late! Amazing. Best Wingstop!!! Read more
Literally the best customer service. Employees are kind and even when they're super busy make sure to take care of the customer.... The food is always hot and fresh and the wings are usually massive. Can't say enough about how good this particular franchiseis! Read more
