My experience was horrible at this location. I called in a order 20 minutes prior to my arrival. My wife went in, the mgr took... her pymt and said he saw my order on the machine yet as she waited and saw approx 12 people pick up their orders, she continuedto wait, & watch the mgr play with other employees and talk about the football game and talk loudly as to who was scheduled towork. She saw 2 orders put up on the shelf and she was the only person waiting? yet the mgr continued to talk and play withemployees & never looked at the 2 orders on the shelf, until I came in, then the mgr said, oh this is your order. When I askedwhy didn?t someone identify my that my Oder was up. The manager wanted to argue with me. He then asked if I want the order forfree. I told him no, I had $8, it was about the lack of customer service and him wanting to argue with me over 14 wings thatwere called in 30 minutes earlier. Extremely poor customer service. I placed a door dash order which got cancelled and my food was stolen by the dasher had to call DoorDash and get my money back.... I ended up placing another order over the phone amazing customer service btw. I drove to the restaurant and went to pay and theyhonored my whole order and gave it to me on the house due to all the trouble. I do not like this location at all , I was trying to explain to her I wanted the original hot not rub all she did was argue with... me what was on the receipt then on the receipt I had all flats and they gave me all drums I?m in a high risk pregnancy I?m notgoing to argue with you but it was extremely disappointing, I expected better from them , I didn?t want free food I didn?t wantlike a lifetime of free wings I just want what I asked for and didn?t get it Read more
I love Wingstop, but this location is absolute dog s***. I ordered online and it took me 20 min to drive there. The order still... wasn't ready and I had to wait another 30 min. The kitchen team seems to be grinding but the front is completely unorganized.Every time I asked for my order they keep saying it will just take a moment, while the entire time it's just been sitting in theshelf getting cold. It defeats the purpose of wearing gloves if your workers take out their phone WHILE wearing gloves and then put the phone back... in their pocket after playing on it, and then touch and make food with the same gloves they had on. If people get sick aftereating here, now you know it's due to cross contamination because people aren't changing gloves. Oh, and having 5 workers atthe counter chatting about their schedule and switching shifts for the next week and not checking to see if my order is ready isjust bad business/customer service. Thank you to the gentleman and woman who actually took the time to check to see if my orderwas there and figured out that it actually been sitting there for a while and that the young man who checked for my order hadactually missed it. Despite it being near where I stay, I will not return and venture to a different Wingstop that willhopefully have better customer service as well as clean facilities. Read more
