Ordered some wings and fries from here, some of the worst tasting ones I?ve ever had unfortunately. Everything was burnt and... extremely over salted. I could not figure out which were the lemon pepper dry and which were the garlic parm, it was just all aburnt salty mess. I thought I ordered ranch, must have been a house made ranch, was yellowish. Just arrived in town and ordered a late lunch of chicken wings with parmesan garlic sauce and fries via UberEats. Order got to... the hotel quick, and it turned out to be a half an order of overcooked (burnt) fries, and chicken tenders that looks likethey've been under the heat lamp too long. Got a small cup of what I'm guessing is garlic sauce to dip the cold tenders in. Sad,I guess this is how they stay in business, fooling first time tourists like me. This is what they are selling as chicken tenders, more like cheap chicken patties cut in half, didn't have the decency to try to... make it look like tenders. I guess you cannot using cheap imitation. Not do they play with your food, misrepresentation, theytake your money and the manager of the store is very argumentative concerning my complaint about the lovely chicken pattiesthey're passing off as tenders. Aug 25, 2021 @ 3:40. Place the GrubHub order to this place for 10 spicy buffalo bone-in wings, extra crispy with ranch, fried... and Sprite. Also got a cookie and a yeast roll which ended up being the better part of the meal. Five of the bone-in wingsweren't even crispy and barely done. The other five we're just boneless buffalo wings that look like they may have been sittingunder the heat lamp a little too long. No Sprite and no Ranch as well. Management if you're reading this, it may be time to dosome type of corrective food service training or maybe take a better look at your hiring process. But anyway I'm not trying tobash anybody. More concerned about a business serving undercooked chicken. Update it is currently September 1st it's been fivewhole days since I reached out to Cameron from Wing Boss with my receipt and additional information. I have received no contactor any attempt to make the situation right. It seems like they're just going for the appearance of good customer service andfeedback.
