11/2/22 12:00am. I got another person's order. Disappointing sense this location has been good sense an entire year. Either... management or workers need to pay attention. Honestly won't be back. Been eating whataburger sense Texas and this is the bestOKC has got to offer. Shame. I'll move on. Good luck, considering business is always to packed with this location. I'm far from a quiet person, so to be asked to repeat my initial words 3x and then to hear hateful background conversation in... the drive thru is beyond unacceptable. Thankfully I got great service at Jack in the Box next door. Don't waste your time ormoney here. Read more
I honestly try and give a place the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes, a place is going to be what it is. The breakfast hours... each night start at 11PM, so the drive thru is going to be jam packed, no issues there....but you would expect the food to befresh if you're waiting that long. More often than not, the food has been sitting there so long, they're just throwing thingstogether when you order to get the lines down to a manageable pace, so until they have to cook it fresh, you're getting the oldstuff. And if you bring it back in to let them know it's not fresh, it's almost as if you did something wrong when you've paidgood money for a bad product. Some of the workers are friendly, so that's a plus, so be warned if you come here..... Iwould've taken pictures of my food, but judging from the post, you can see why I didn't. I don't usually do reviews for fast food often unless the experience is bad, but great service should be recognized. Dustin was... super friendly and fast with our order. I don't usually come to Whataburger, but his customer service would make me return.Really appreciate him double checking our order and even recommending the new ketchup they have. Great worker! If you're looking for an amazing burger, look no further than Whataburger. The jalapeño ranch is a must for ranch lovers, and... the fries are crispy and delicious. This is one of my favorite chains, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Read more
obnoxious employees. will watch you holding out your cash while repeating your order. will ask if you want cookies or pies... with your order in an obnoxious way while laughing as if their inquiry itself is supposed to be funny somehow. all around itsjust a bunch of immature adolescents working here that don?t know how to speak to customers like human beings. called themanager to talk about this and she was too busy defending the employees for their rudeness. happened may 30th 2022 around 6pm Read more
I remember the original Whataburger at 36th and May Avenue. I ate there all through high school at NW Classen. There was... always that authentic Whataburger taste and we could even smell it blocks away floating out of the triangular shaped roofs and ashaded drive-up area. I have attached the closest picture that I could find of it. In my opinion Whataburger is one of thebest fast food burgers still on the market. Read more
