Can't even get a simple mobile order correct through their own App. Ordered some meals deals and some biggie bags from the... Wendy's app and ended up missing all 4 of the four piece nuggets, and one of the JBCs. Have to wait until the morning to calland get a refund because Wendy's cant refund Wendy's app orders. Closed lobby early and wouldn?t allow me to order walking up thru drive thru. Worst customer service. I was driving an 18... wheeler and can?t really drive it thru so no accommodation to truck drivers. Read more
If I could give them a zero I would. They left out a whole burger from my order and when I get home and find out I dont have... time to go back and get it replaced and the stores only offer was 'Oh you can come back tomorrow'. On top of that there was noreceipt given so I could not go to there corporate page and leave negative feedback. I will go out of my way to avoid thislocation in the future. Read more
Staff was great, although you could tell all of them were in distress from the heat. It is a brand new building but it was at... least 90 in lobby, I can only imagine how hot it was in kitchen. Read more
Can't recommend enough. Food and staff are excellent! When visiting consider going through the gas station to the light at SW... 15th instead of turning left out of Wendy's. Especially during high volume traffic. It'll save you a headache. Read more
The food was REALLY good and fresh. The potatoes were obviously washed (which isn't normal at other locations) and the employees... were very friendly. They gave me plenty of sour cream for my chili and baked potato! (I know it sounds funny but in myexperience Wendy's is stingy with the sour cream lol) Also they have the "freestyle" Coca-Cola machine! It was a greatexperience and I'll eat here again for sure. Terrible service my husband went to grab our kids something to eat and the lady at the window was rude! My husband tried to get... her to correct the order and she shut the door in his face. It's way too many places around here to eat and be treated withkindness and respect. Spend your hard earned money else where Read more
