Now I have only been to that Wendy's four times and I go through the drive-thru cuz I am disabled. But whenever I go there I... always order number one with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise only nothing else. And four times in a row it comes with cheese onit. Even outside on the screen it says lettuce tomato mayonnaise only. So I guess at that Wendy's you can't have it your way.Even this last time the managers at the one that I asked him did they get it right lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on he's oh surehe's otherwise I will fire that girl he was joking but maybe he should. No I really don't wish anybody get fired. I just wishone time I go to that Wendy's and get it the way I ordered it I guess for now on I go to the one on 36th Street which is about 3or 4 mi away but at least at that one times I've been in there they always get it right. But because of politeness and the andthe speed they get your order out. I did give them two stars. William Farr Read more

I have not been back since arriving there 3 p.m. one afternoon, about three or four of us in line inside. After waiting... several minutes, as the "manager" and employee were counting down a register, we were told, "dining room is closed." The leastthey could have done was take the orders of the people standing there, who actually got there before three. I even called themgr. on the phone and he didn't have the integrity to even explain his reasoning. I will go to the Wendy's on 36th and May fromnow on, although it is a bit further. I ordered online. It took 41 minutes for them to start making my order. After I finally got my food, I hear an employee cursing... out a customer and threatening her, yelling at her to leave. I'm not sure what she said to them, but she returned to get herorder corrected. Terrible experience. Read more

Not sure about this Wendy?s and their operations. I had a mobile order and was asked to pull around and come inside. I get that... they were busy, however this is why I picked drive thru. Food was hot. Inside wasn?t clean. ???? Read more

I understand being short staffed but the wait was too long and I should have left. After I got to the window and paid, my order... could not be found so I was asked to pull up out of the drive-through area. While I was sitting there I was watching cars behindme get their orders and go on their way. My order of a single burger and fries took way too long. To top it off I wasn?t givenany napkins. The worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered 3 simple things that were all wrong, my baconactor fries had like 2 fries... with cheese on it, and qll with a 30 minute wait because the manager of the place has ZERO place being in the position he is. Read more

Absolutely the most mismanaged Wendy?s in the metro area, maybe even the state. Every dining room visit is a 20 minute wait just... to get your food AFTER you order. The drive thru is always full, but it is prioritized over the dining room. Forget the factthat Wendy?s food is 25% more expensive than other chains. The price and the wait make this a place to avoid at all costs. Read more
