***update: went in this past Saturday and was definitely NOT impressed. Not sure why it has gone down hill the last few times.... This time my drink wasn't made correctly and the tater tots were completely cold. The waitress seemed like she was trying to bekind but seemed irritated to have us for a table. The only thing warm was the chicken. Some day are absolutely amazing and someare a little off which is to be expected. This last time our order was incorrect but we went ahead and kept it. While this visit was and unfortunate experience it is not the standard at all. I was contacted by someone higher up in the... company who actually listened intently to my concerns and assured me this would be taken care of. We love peaks and we willcontinue to dine/drink at this location. Let me start by saying we come here often. Tonight, after a long day of volunteering,I brought my employees here to enjoy a cold beer and some food. It’s a Sunday during football, it was upbeat, but it wasn’tbusy. We were consistently Ignored and finally lost it when we ordered shots and it took over 30 minutes, when it clearlywasn’t busy. “The bartender has been in a mood all night”Our server blamed her bartender but went straight to the bar to order our shots, the manager backed this behavior. I brought 12 people here tonight from my company to show them a good time, isit because I’m a female this didn’t matter to you? The young man at the table next to us was clearly worthy of your time andattention. All of us have worked in service, I had a hefty tip ready for our large tab and instead had to give you considerablyless. Now we will likely rethink what our weekly spending here looks like considering the manager defended you for no reason. Read more
Great fun!! Excellent service!!! Wonderful food!!! Mishell was our waitress and she is so sweet! she was also accompanied by her... "partner" Becky. These two girls made coming to Twin Peaks such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We could all tell they notonly knew what they were doing but THOROUGHLY enjoyed their jobs!!!! Ok came for lunch today after not getting called out from work and didn't make it by the time they opened but I was still able... to sit with Kalah definitely 1 of my favorite Twin Peaks girls. And enjoyed every minute of it with all the conversations withall the girls and the delicious food of course. Between the tater tots, house salad with bacon ranch and a Blackened Chickenbreast with mac&cheese was definitely a very good lunch. I will definitely come back as much as I can. First time to this Twin Peaks location and we loved it! Everyone was so nice! It was busy and our food still came out hot! If... you love nachos do NOT pass ups these pulled pork nachos! Loved that they had drink specials these days it’s hard to find a $5margarita and it was delicious too! Read more
I would like to start by saying that the service I received and the quality of food was amazing throughout my visit to this... location! I would also like to add that Audra, Mikayla, and Maddy were awesome servers! I never had a drink below half full andmy food was fresh enough that I had to wait for it to cool down to eat. I gave four stars because I believe they have raisedtheir alcohol prices only to extort the customer. My server Brooke was literally the most attentive & sweetest server I’ve ever had. She was fast with the food, drinks & made... sure we were fully satisfied with everything. We never even had to ask for a refill, she took care of it before we could evenbring it to her attention. These are the kinds of people that customers want to see serving them.
