Wonderful environment, service, food, and speed Our server Trevor was very friendly and well mannered. The crab cakes were... delicious and rich The bread was scrumptious, fresh and came with a perfect butter The croutons in the salad were a little lessthan desirable but the dressing and lettuce were good The entrees were good portions, rich and satisfying. Lovely dinner! I just love the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and top notch service. I started with the soup special which was... mushroom soup. It wasn?t from a can and it was delicious. For my entree, I enjoyed the Red Snapper dinner special and the chefhad no problem leaving off the fennel for me. For dessert hubby and I shared the dessert trio (cream brûlée, chocolate cakeand berry sorbet) and it was the perfect size. Read more

What a gem the Metro Wine Bar is. We are only in town visiting but as we were there it was amazing to listen to the staff greet... many of the regulars by name and the staff was unbelievably attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We had the Cedar PlankSalmon and the Pork Tenderloin. The Cedar Plank Salmon was prepared perfectly and came with green beans and potatoes on theside. The Pork Tenderloin was also prepared amazingly and was very tender. The sauce that was poured over it was out of thisworld. The eggplant chutney was not my favorite but that isn't because it was not well prepared just not my taste. The shortten minute drive out of the city was well worth it to say the least. Read more

Incredible food and amazing service! I'm not really into wine, but if I were, this would be the place to go. The food is... absolutely incredible, both in presentation and in taste. The service it wonderful as well. Refills before your glass is emptyevery time. This is the perfect spot for a fancy date night and I'd highly recommend it. Also, the lemon white chocolatecheesecake is the best cheesecake I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Read more
