So glad we came here. Driving through on the way to move our daughter to college in Illinois and asked friends from home for... recommendations. This link was amazing. Plenty of selection. I had the fried avocado tacos. Scrumptious! I love that all theorders came with chips and queso. That usually an additional cost everywhere else. Super quality ingredients and a very fairprice. Placed our order at the counter, found a seat inside, and our dinner was brought out relatively quickly. The bar area looked... busy, the whole place was quite busy actually but the staff was able to keep up nicely. Our salad looked really good with a niceratio of meat to veggies. The wet tacos were okay, it was a nice surprise they came with chips, queso and salsa as I didn't readthat part on the big menu board. One thing I did notice, maybe it's still just my Covid self and not being used to the inside ofrestaurants anymore, but this place was so loud. I?ve been to Ted?s Tacos and Cantina several times before the water damage forced their temporary closure, and Mrs. Flip Out and... I are so excited they are open again! The white queso is always great as an appetizer; the queso is so rich and delicious. Onthe latest visit and I ordered the Wet Tacos for the first time and they were delicious. The dipping sauce that comes with thetacos adds an amazing flavor and this unique style of taco is truly something worth trying. Mrs. Flip Out really enjoyed theburrito bowl; the menu lists numerous option for your own preferences. Three options of salsa are on the table and each has adifferent flavor and character that I really enjoyed. I?ve also ordered the burritos which are large and great. The pan nachosis literally a sheet pan of nachos, very filling. You will not need to order anything else for your meal if you get the pannachos. The staff is always polite and courteous and we really enjoy eating here. Give them a try if you?re looking forsomething new! Read more
