Very slow service. Unbelievably slow. Taco's were good.
Only had one worker when going through the drive thru tonight. He had great customer service, he was very positive. I waited a... long time to order and get my food. I didn't catch the employees name but we need more people like him in the world. He alsomade sure the food was nice and neat. Food was good and fresh. Read more
The kid in the drive thru window was really sweet. A sauce cup had dropped as we were switching hands, he was worried about it... getting on my car. He did, more carefully, hand me another one. I assured him that it was okay. I had to wash my car anyway. Hewas really nice and respectful. Read more
HAIRY TACO Yes our taco had a dark curly hair right at the end. Thankfully we noticed it before taking a bite, unfortunately we... consumed the other two tacos before discovering the hairy taco. Up to this point this location was my wife's favorite locationin Edmond. Apparently someone didn't like working the night shift on January 2nd around 8:50 p.m. If you feel like chancing itby going to this location, it's best to go during the day and not at night. Went into the establishment to get taco's for the kids. Thought I was coming out with some good stuff. But the cook didn't have... that idea in mind. (1st photos of food with angry cook.) Then Manager Tyler stepped in and refunded my whole entire order andmade the whole order over and fresh. Great job! Keep up with that type of Customer Service... (2nd photo of order made over...) Come on. Every item we received was cold and it wasnt from transit because nothing was even melted proving it started out cold.... Our order was wrong and the quesadilla was burnt and inedible. See photos. I realize the fast food industry is struggling a bit,but this is NOT the first time this location has been terrible. Avoid this location! Read more
Taco salad chips were very stale, overall the restaurant was clean, bathrooms needed attention. Not a big fan of taco's etc, but... this time they could have done a better job. Read more
