I went to the Taco Bell on N Douglas BLVD and NE 23rd at around 11:00 pm. Amber was at the window. I received my food very... quickly. It was hot and delicious. Even the adjustments I requested came out right. The drinks came out nice and clean, nomessy spills on the top or sides. She made sure I had napkins and straws and that the order was complete before she handed itout to me. The whole team did a great job. Thanks guys! If I could leave -5 stars, I would !! The past 2 times I've been to this taco bell went like this : pulled up at the drive thru... and was greeted with a very rude " HOLD ON" , then when I did finally get to order ,I was told they didn't have the ingredientsfor what I wanted . I asked if they were out of Mexican pizzas again , I was told no , we have them but we don't have any beef. How can you sell tacos with no beef??? And why does that very rude Amber still have a job when she talks to customers with anattitude ? I'll say no thanks to this Taco Bell from now on !! Read more
The tacos ordered were good but the quesillida(msp) was runny. I didn't expect the spices either.
Food was awful. The burrito supreme I ordered had one speck of meat and it was at the bottom of the bag. It was straight up... nasty. Taco bell need to be ashamed of themselves. This was a very ghetto experience. The drive through lady was very short when I asked about the taco boxes... I had to ask 3... times what was included. Then when I get the nacho cheese it was barely full. I wanted to turn around and get my money back. Read more
Pros 1. Accurate order 2. Employees were okay 3. Fast service 4. Clean exterior 5. Cheap menu items Cons 1. Food was not hot... and barely warm 2. Parking lot entrance and exit didn't have signage / paint for them also faded 3. Appeared as though they hada mouse trap box outside of their location...so maybe mice problems here 4. Small area and parking Summary This location isfine but there are better locations that will serve warmer or even hot food to you. Read more
Was it off many items and got chicken soft taco but it only had 3 small pieces of chicken on each one
Never picks up their phone when you need them to cancel an order. Got charged for food an employee probably ended up eating.
