Disappointed this evening. We placed larger order, and Taco Bell. Got home and not only was our Mexican pizza was smashed, so... were the tacos. Since it was later, we did not want to go back. Called to try and speak with the manager, but they would notanswer. Read more
5 months ago I gave this Taco Bell 1 star, they have made changes and are now very good! Employees are friendly, food is good... and accurate, no complaints. I'm so glad to have a good Taco Bell available! Never get orders right and then are rude to youwhen you just try to get the things you ordered. Even if they give you the correct item, it's made so poorly you don't want toeat it. Read more
I'm not sure what has happened to the store on expressway west of council. It pretty much sucks. They never give napkins! You're... lucky if you get the hot sauce you ordered. And I'm not sure who thought bathing my food in sauce would make it better, but itdidn't! Read more
I pulled up to order two chipotle chicken ranch burritos... well whatever that boy was he said "we just dropped chicken." Like I... know what that means or something... and so I said "what does that mean?" And he said "it'll be 15 minutes"... I got thefeeling that they were just too lazy in there to cook chicken!!! So I said okay I'll wait 15 minutes! That's when that littleboy said "get out of my line." I guess Taco Bell doesn't want to cook chicken and serve customers anymore? If I could leave negative stars I would. Not no stars, ?NEGATIVE STARS? Apparently nobody at this place listens to anything. I... ask for no sour cream every single time I come here. 90% of the time there is sour cream on our food. Or will sit there andorder something and tell them they gave you the wrong thing that you asked for and then argue with you that no that?s not whatyou asked for when they agreed with you that they added the wrong thing at the ordering speaker. This was my favorite one whenthey managed to mess up my order 3 times and on the 3rd time just managed to forgot half of the order. Only reason I keep goingto this one is because it is the closest one to me and we love Taco Bell and sit there and say every time we go they can?tpossibly mess it up again and manage to do it almost every time. Ordered food on DoorDash paid for sour cream and guacamole. Never did get said no lettuce and all three of my tacos had lettuce... on them and no sour cream or guacamole. Very disappointed. This is not my first time dealing with this restaurant with mistakes. Read more
