Naseer was great and had positive attitude and a smile all while apologizing for being out of pretty much everything.
Couldn't take my order at 11:00am on August 25th for some unbeknownst reason. She said it would be at least 20 minutes.
Wow! Seriously? I've patronized numerous Subways over the years, including this one, and seen the steady deterioration in... quality and service. Today was the last straw! Went in and saw the new menu, sporting higher prices (of course) and ordered a"Subway Club" supposed to come with "lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise". The employee took my order and began putting thesandwich together. When we got to the veggies, I asked for the lettuce, tomatoes, etc. and the employees said: "Actually, we'reout of tomatoes and lettuce. Do you want spinach instead?" I told her no, and asked why she did not tell me that she could notmake the sandwich as advertised when I placed the order, not when it was mostly made. Never again for me. I was trying to get adecent sandwich for my wife (a cancer patient), but it was a complete fail. Subway management, are you listening? There is always a issues when we have ordered from this subway. I use the subway app and when I order there is always a problem... and I end up having to wait on my food for awhile. They don't have the veggies ever ready that they need and just tell you sorrydon't have it ready. This one is really close to my house but I will be using a different one from now on. Read more
Avoid this Subway if you can. This is the worst Subway I?ve ever been to, aside from one maybe inside a Walmart. The employees... never really have a good attitude, they?re always out of bread other than white, they don?t have egg half the time, and todaythe veggies were all completely frozen. The excuse was that their fridge was broken so they had to turn the temps down on thecooler. Regardless, take 5-10 minutes and drive 2 miles south on Sooner on the other side of 240. There is another Subway therethat is wayyyyyyy better. Unless you prefer always being let down and frozen veggies, then this is your place. Read more
My friend made us an online order 48 minutes before our set pickup time to give them plenty of time to get everything together... since our pick up time was 12:15 (lunch rush). They didn?t have our bread, didn?t have the cookies we ordered and didn?t alertus of this till 2 minutes before our pickup time. Meaning they hadn?t started making our food till then. We also arrived at thestore at 12:24 to pick up our food waited for a bit only to find out that our food wasn?t even ready yet. We didn?t end upgetting our food until 15 minutes after the pickup time. Very annoying when we gave plenty of notice and there?s no reason twosandwiches and four cookies should?ve taken over an hour to get together. Read more
I walked in at 11:45 on Saturday, the employee was sitting down eating her lunch, and she immediately threw her hands up in the... air and stared at me until I decided to leave.
