Went to get food and the crew on the clock today at 3 pm yelled at me and cussed at me, when I went to leave the woman screamed... at the top of her lungs cussing to get the f out of the store and threatened me , the man punched the sandwich and threatened tocall the police! Sandwiches are good but employees be moving a little slowish while making the sammiches. I will go back again.
Door dashed this place twice in last week. First time had my driver waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for 1 sandwich. Today... ordered a foot long and was charged for a foot long but only Got a 6 inch. Place is a joke. I highly recommend another locationor even just making ur own sandwich. Went here to pick up a to go order. Three employees out front(two behind the counter, one wandering around the lobby sweeping up... imaginary dirt). I waited for 5 minutes while kept ignoring me. Finally I decided to cancel my (already made, I could see itsitting behind the counter) order and leave. Finally on my way out the door, Sweepy McGee wakes up enough to ask if I had ato-go order. I got the new all American club to split with my mom. We got it on the flat bread with 4 different kinds of vegetables. The... sandwich was toasted with mayo and shredded cheese. All the ingredients were fresh and tasted good. The service was fast. I hada great experience here. Read more
UPDATE!!!! I got my Sandwich today and it was made correctly thank you I ordered a Italian B.M.T. Yesterday and received it... without any Black Forest ham! Just pepperoni and salami. I ordered through their app for delivery and couldn?t figure out how toreport it to the store so I just ate the Sandwich as is. Made me a little upset but I just thought I?d call next time to ask tomake sure they?d make the sandwich properly, well they don?t answer their phone!!! Very frustrating for me I?m pregnant and duein couple days!!! I just want my sandwich made properly and now I?m crying because I can?t even confirm it with the store. Called my order in yesterday. Was taken care of by a young man named Evan. He was so professional over the phone and very detail... oriented. When I picked up my order he was so nice and greeted me immediately. Very pleased with my experience here. I used towork for this company years ago and I know the hustle that goes into it.
