Wish there was a negative star! I placed online order and was charged. Got a call as I'm headed there "We closed" so I asked... "okay, I need a refund" then was told "Do it online"....click! Mind you I called next day to speak to manager phone, rang andrang no amswer. So I called the # that called me that day.......Personal number and this person states "wrong #".....click. New management and have had great experiences every visit. Sometimes a short wait but they keep it moving. They seem to be... getting staffed adequately again, great attitudes, and having things in stock. They did mention a couple things awhile back theywere out of due to a manufacturer issue. Read more
I have NEVER been spoken to the way I was this evening. The kid working seemed a bit stressed (probably because he was the only... one there) so I was trying to be nice to him while he was preparing the food. He literally looks at me and says ?I don?t knowwhat you?re talking about. I?m busy and have other people to help.? Like what I was saying hinder making a sandwich. The employees are always very nice people and it seems as though they all must be one person shifts now. Dandwiches are... virtually the same at any Subway you go to so the food is no problem for me. When I want a good cold cut sandwich this is whereI go. Read more
I order from this Subway online around 2 to 3 times a week... Only one time have they run behind on my food and that is because... I was early and the store was completely full. The sandwiches are always made well even if the store is busy and makes it soeasy for me to find a way to have a healthy lunch with a fast paced schedule. Every time I walk in my food is ready andsomebody stops and takes the time to hand it to me and have me sign. The service here really couldn't get much better. Read more
