Thought it was just an exeption but is 4 times already... Be ready to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your sandwich if more than 2... customers in line ahead of you because the service is slow... don't bother ordering wraps... they don't know how to fold thetortilla and give you a limp and soggy burrito.... just avoid this location the end. Friendly service, good food, and a clean and well lighted venue. (What more could I ask for? I mean, no, it's hardly a gourmet... eatery. But for a fast, nutritious lunch on the run? YES.) Limited parking. Very busy at lunchtime. Read more
Staff treated me different than the other customers. When I went to pay the cashier did not know how to properly ring up my... order so she asked me to step aside so she can skip me and ring up the white people. I refused stating I had already waited inline and I would like to pay. She could not figure out how to properly ring me up and charge me so I had to just leave with nolunch and drive to a different subway. The subway on Britton road is one of the worse places ever and they actually knew how toring me up and charge me so I guess the western location is just Prejudice. Read more
This subway is a mixed bag unfortunately. I?ve had a lot of pretty good experiences, staff is nice, place is clean and food is... what you expect from a subway. However, they frequently are not open with no explanation and it?s not updated on Google oranywhere I can find. Just the other day, I tried to go there at lunch at 12:30pm on a Wednesday and the place was locked, nosign or explanation and I had driven all the way there only to find this out when I arrived. This has happened to me severaltimes as I frequently go here. For that reason it?s pretty hard to recommend this place to others. Read more
