Pros: This place is pretty clean, considering I have never seen more than a couple of people in there. It is also very close to... the campus of Oklahoma Christian University. Cons: They will never greet you. They seem to not know what is on their own menu.Every sandwich I have ordered here they have messed it up in some way. Foods always okay. The thing I hate about Subway is the waiting. If more than two people are in line; I won't order there. I'll... find somewhere else even a place I'm not thrilled about eating. That's how painful or dreadful waiting there is. Oh and don'tget me going if an indecisive customer is in line ahead of you...WHAT A NIGHTMARE INTRINSIC BUSINESS MODEL FLAW. In addition, the quanity of meats, even when I order a double, always feels stingy. Therefore, I rarely choose to grab lunch there. Also,eating there most often is uncomfortable. Always a take out! The stores aren't filthy but, they typically are not that cleaneither. The staff often are pimple faced teens with little sense for prompt speedy service. No urgency for sure. Overall, inmy opinion, Subway is not a great franchise. Moreover, the white bread, wheat bread all taste similar, little distinction inflavor. Basically I can't stand going into one...Hates a strong word, but, honestly I dread having to go there...the prices arefair, I wished the quality was far better. Subway is Subway, so it all comes down to the staff and how the place is run. Must say this location is pretty poor. I've been... here now a few times and the staff is consistently disinterested that you are there as a customer. Not sure why the "sandwichartist" puts on plastic gloves, if he's going to then immediately grab his sagging pants and pull them up. Doesn't seem likethey use the time before lunch to prepare for lunch. I wish this place was better as it's very close to my work. Read more
This "sandwich artist" (redhead) was so frustrated that she let it affect her ability to make sandwiches properly. From the... agitated tossing of the meat bins, to the over squirting of the condiments. No matter how bad your day is, you can't let it showespecially in your mannerisms. I would have her at the back of the store, not the front. Read more
I used to come in this store almost every day and either get breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. I had to stop coming to this one... for over 6 months because they put different people and management in the store. It was horrible! I will honestly only go inthere when I know that Kevin is working. He is a great employee! Very efficient and personable. He always chooses a nice freshbread for my sandwiches which is appreciated and takes extra care to make sure my sandwich is awesome. I will continue to visitthis store as long as Kevin is working. i use to eat here almost everyday.or every other day. here in the past couple months.this place has taken a turn for the worse.... the constantly messing up my order's. To the point where i just give up on correcting them. Hire appropriate staff they are notfriendly and can not seem to figure out how to put a sandwich together, much less smile fairly distasteful service. do yourselfa favor and drive to the subway on w33. Someone needs to update the images, address, and hours of Service. The images shows a completely different subway than what's... actually in this location and the hours show Friday as being open 24 hours yet the door post shows CLOSED Friday-Sunday. Thissaddens me because I work weekends and this is the closest place for food and the only day I can SEEMINGLY come in, is Monday. Read more
