They have a really condescending sign on how to order your drink. I feel like this is very inappropriate.
I have gone to this starbucks three times now and the drinks are so inconsistent. I hate to be a downer but dude starbucks is... not cheap. The last time I went my matcha literally just tasted like milk and wasn't mixed at all.. Then I go today and half thedang venti cup is foam. I didn't order foam and its not suppose to be like this. I'm sorry but if I'm gunna splurge and spend 6+bucks on a drink I expect the cup to be full and made properly. Do better man do better. Read more
I?ve been to this location many times and have never had any issues but today was different. I also know that all Starbucks are... not the same but to me presentation is everything. I went through drive-thru today and ordered 2 iced coffees with added heavycream, flavored syrup, etc. When the girl gave me the first one, it wasn?t mixed. Coffee was at the bottom and everything elsewas sitting on top. I looked at it and started shaking it so she offered me a stirrer. When she gave me the second one, it wasthe same. I made the comment ?So we aren?t stirring today?? And she said yeah I know, sorry. Wow really? Maybe I?m expectingtoo much but I have never had an iced coffee from Starbucks that I had to stir myself. I rarely write reviews because I like giving businesses the benefit of the doubt. I know what it?s like to work in costumer... service, and it can be brutal. I?ve been going to this Starbucks for about a year now, and I?ve always enjoyed everything I getand the staff is very friendly. The past few weeks though have been completely different. I have noticed that the drinks won?tbe filled up all the way or they aren?t made the way they usually make them. This morning I had asked for a matcha tea latte andthey said they weren?t able to make it, which is fine. I ordered the pink drink and they tell me to wait a second, okay that?sfine so I wait and they tell me they can make it. When I get to the window I am not greeted and nobody says a word to me as ifthe staff is in a bad mood. This was just one of the many times in the past few weeks where no one will say a word to me. Ireceive my pink drink, and it?s more like a very watered down milk. I noticed they didn?t put the strawberries in there likeusual, so I assume that they didn?t have any left. I would have appreciated if they could have told me they didn?t have anystrawberries or whatever they use left so that I could order something else instead of wasting a $6 drink. This review is notmeant to be rude or to send hatred to the workers, but for them to see the changes that are happening that may also be affectingother costumers. I really like the place where this Starbucks is located. It's pretty bigger than the other Starbucks on town. If you are driving... to Costco or Sam's club on W memorial road, or going to Quail springs mall, and if you would like to grab a coffee and have somesmall bites, this is the place. This location offers pickup, curbside delivery, drive through and dine in, so it takes usually alonger time to get your food prepared. One thing I really liked about this location is, most of the baristas wear mask whichmakes you feel pretty safe. I tried Almond croissant, and it was so good. I also tried tomato mozzarella panini, and some coffeewhich was pretty great. Read more
Newly opened Starbucks, most needed location, will definitely ease off the pressure for the other few surrounding locations.... Best spot to sit outside at, if you don't mind the constant traffic by the service road. Read more
